FREE LEGAL AID SOCIETY DESCRIPTION:
1- The [ NIHSHULK VIDHIK SAHAYATA SAMITI FREE LEGAL AID SOCIETY ] is working from Year 1999 & registered from 5th October 2004 & The Organization is engaged to promote legal awareness and to provide legal aid to every citizen.
2- In view of the Creations & Works of the Society; THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR WOMEN, NEW DELHI – GOVT. OF INDIA has resolved for THE SAMITI entitled to hold “PARIVARIK MAHILA LOK ADALAT”. This SELECTION has been in forced by THE NATIONAL COMMISSSION FOR WOMEN applied to THE CHIEF JUSTIC ALLAHABAD, wide DO NO.-6-64 / 2002 – NCW (L) Dated. 13th. July 2005.
3- THAT IS, The U.P. STATE LEGAL SERVICE AUTHORITY GOVT. OF UTTAR PRADESH, LUCKNOW, Wide letter dated 14th March 2005 & letter No. 563 / SLSA- 08 / 2005 stated to SOCIETY that give embark to finalize & decide and also state that the re-considerations & settle the decree of pre-litigation cases under the Scheme to submit Secretary DLSA every District Courts. Which deemed to be decree of Court.
4- THAT IS, by The Order Wide dated 3rd July 2007 of HON. STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION, LUCKNOW GOVT. OF. UTTER PRADESH has ordered to utilize services, providing by the SOCIETY, to District judge & District Magistrate. The U.P. STATE LEGAL SERVICE AUTHORITY GOVT. OF UTTAR PRADESH, LUCKNOW ordered to District judge & District Magistrate wide letter no. 2098 / SLSA-107 / 07 dated 9th august 2007. Because the ORDER of HON. STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION, LUCKNOW GOVT. OF. UTTER PRADESH, is applied & entitle for whole STATE & in this condition this order is valid to District judge & District Magistrate Etah. Along-with those you are also respectable.
5- THAT IS, HON. SUPREME COURT OF INDIA, a meeting held on dated 09 & 10th march 2006, along with CHIEF JUSTICES of all the HIGH COURTS to resolve the matters through alternative system. The Registrar of Hon. SUPREME COURT OF N. DELHI issued D.O. No. ccjj/ 2006-SCA (J) dt. 31st march 2006 & in continuance there of Secretary HIGH COURT LEGAL SERVICE AUTHOURITY, ALLAHABAD issued letter No. 98 /unyavisese-memo/ 2006 dt. 05-05-2006 and in continuation thereof U.P. STATE LEGAL SERVICE AUTHORITY letter No. 1081/ SLSA-52 /2005 dated 8th. May 2006 and in compliance thereof District Judge Etah issued orders dt. 12-07-2006 entitling the SAMITI to resolve the matters u/s 89 CPC through mediation & Consideration. In this connection dt. 21-09-2005 / 03-01-2006 & 06-01-2006 letter No. 140/ dlsa/ 2005 . dt. 01-10-2005 along with D M Etah order No. 3010/ ja dt. 05-07-2005, Letter No. 2320 / j.a of dt. 11-02-2009, SSP Etah wide Order No. ssp-c-1 / 2005dt. 15th. July 2005, 26th July 2007 & 07th August 2007, R.K.Memo / 2008 dt. 01-02-2008 & Letter No. ST-UPPER-C-2(SU.) / 2006dt. July 15, 2006 & V-48 / 2009 dt. 13th Feb. 2009, the letter of District Probation Officer Etah wide letter no. - 257 / J.PRO.Ka / Information / Dowry / 2006 DT. 31st may 2006 is also remarkable.
6- That is, The SAMITI has recall from the letter of The joint Director of Prosecution – Aligarh - Range, wide Letter No. A.L.G. / 2 / M / 08 / 92, DT. 22nd August 2008 that the Director has ordered to their all Subordinates to cooperate with the workings of SAMITI on the re-considerations & settlement grounds for the finalization of matters. The same like this Deputy Labor Commissioner Aligarh- Range has assured to help us that the disputes of people resolve on the ground of re-considerations & settlement wide Letter No. 4896, DT. 12-08-2008. The same Directions like above , The Additional Director, Agra-Range, AGRA, has directed to their subordinates to cooperate the Samiti wide Letter No. Agra / 3 / -7 / 2007 / 687 DT. 3rd August 2007. In this sequence, The Superintendent Engineer, Electric Distribution Division, Dakhinchal Electric Distribution Nigam, has ordered to their Junior Engineers, Electric Distribution Center, Etah, Kash Ganj & Kashi Ram Nagar - to cooperate with Samiti wide Letter No. 1800- / V.V.M. DT. 26th September 2007.
7. That is, This Samiti is working at ETAH-DISTRICT & also working at Kashiram Nagar, which was devided from Etah DISTRICT. The Samiti is also working efficiently at ALIGARH-REGION, GAZIABAD-DISTRICT, MAHAMAYANAGAR-DISTRICT, (HATHARASH), BADAYUN-DISTRICT, DISTRICT- MAINPURI, FIROZABAD, AGRA-REGION & SAME TAHASEELS SUCH AS TUNDLA ETC. From the office of District Magistrate ALIGARH-DISTRICT ( Nayaya Sahayak Anubhag) wide letter No. 1375 / Nayaya Sahayak, DT 11th August 2008 & letter No. 3298(7) / Nayayaept Sahayak DT 16th Sept. 2008 and the office of Bandobast Chakabandi officer wide Letter No. 1124 / PE .KA., DT 20th Oct. 2008, Office of the District Magistrate BADUYUN-DISTRICT, wide Letter No. 185 / R.Saha., DT 16th Oct. 2007 & SSP BADUYUN, wide Letter No. V-24 / 06, DT 5th Nov. 2007 AND the SP of MAHAMAYANAGAR (HATHARASH), wide Letter No. R.K. / 08, DT 3rd. May 2008. The District Magistrate KASHIRAM NAGAR, wide Letter No. 243(5) / Information DT 19th Nov. 2008, SP KASHIRAM NAGAR, wide Letter No. R.K.Memo / 2008 DT 19th. June 2008 – Upper Direction / 2008, 5th Dec. 2008, District Magistrate GHAGIABAD Wide Letter No. 2187 / J.A.-First / 20 –Vividh /2009 DT 13-03-2009 & on the direction of District Magistrate MAINPURI to SP MAINPURI Wide Letter No. V / 282 / 09, all the legal recommendations & permissions are also remarkable.
8- The RULES & REGULATIONS of the NISHULK VIDHIK SAHAYATA (LEGAL AID) SAMITI & the memorandum is registered with GOVERNMENT ; hence there is no any law and regulations to stop or obstruct work & aims of SAMITI. In this regard the officers of GOVERNMENT OF U.P. & UTTAR PRADESH STATE GOVERNMENT had given Direction and recommendations to SAMITI, which are as follows:-

Above Letter was also repeated on reply to letter NO.16 / 2 / 2008 / KBI DT 4th April 2008 of MINISTRY OF MINER SMALL AND MEDIUM INDUSTRIES GOVT. OF INDIA and also on Letter NO. 9- Regarding the FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE for LEGAL AID & PPROGRAMS OF SAMITI:-
(a) To provide Financial Assistance to, THE NATIONAL LEGAL SERVICE AUTHORITY – NEW DELHI, Wide Letter NO. 2624 / 04 – NALSA / 3188, DT 30th Dec. 2004 has send PROPOSAL to provide Financial Assistance to the SAMITI.
(b) In continuation of the letter of UTTAR PRADESH GOVERNMENT, THE UP STATE LEGAL SERVICE AUTHORITY wide Letter NO. 1292 / SLSA /- ALA -247 / 05, DT 16th June 2005, has directed to SAMITI regarding the works for legal aid to send the PROPOSAL for GRANT.
(c) To organize “PARIVARIK MAHILA LOK ADALATS” by the SAMITI, The NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR WOMEN – NEW DELHI, passed RS. 30,000=00 GRANT to organize each “PARIVARIK MAHILA LOK ADALAT”. (d)
